Catherine "Ashley" Wright, MD
Dr. Wright has been a pediatrician for over 20 years, has a bachelor's degree from Kansas State University and a medical degree from St. George's University. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Oklahoma - Tulsa. Her family moved to Colorado from Texas in 2020 where she and her husband owned and operated a pediatric private practice. Her special interests include ADHD, childhood asthma and allergies and infant feeding issues. Dr. Wright enjoys running, hiking, and baking. She has three children who are active in sports and music. She is excited to be able to continue providing exceptional care to children in Colorado as she also takes on the ownership role of Village Pediatrics.
Alana Blakeslee, Physician Associate
Alana is a third generation Colorado native that graduated from Littleton HS. She attended MSU-Denver earning a Bachelors degree in Biology with a Chemistry minor. She graduated from the Child Health Associate/ Physician Assistant program at CU Health Science center in 2001. She has worked at Village Pediatrics since! She enjoys practicing all aspects of pediatrics, especially developing special relationships with her patients and families. Watching them grow from childhood to amazing adults is an honor. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with with her husband, son and cat. She enjoys most outdoor activities, traveling, experimenting with culinary arts, reading and practicing minor art projects.
Kristen Charles, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Kristen is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio and then earned her Master of Science degree at the University of Colorado. One of her favorite parts about being a nurse practitioner is using traditional and holistic approaches to medicine and finding ways to fit that into individual patient care. She finds that the ultimate goal is being able to support and empower patients to create wellness in their lives.
Kristen and her husband moved to Colorado in 2016 and now live in south Littleton with their two young children. In her free time, she enjoys running, traveling, cooking for her family, and spending time outside.
